It is our passion to offer love to the community and world through day-to-day ministry as well as mission projects. We offer hands-on activities, collections of supplies and offerings for special projects locally and internationally.

Current Mission Projects

  • collecting kitchen supplies for local refugee families
  • collecting food for Tri-Area Ministries
Other mission projects have included:
Refugee support: We collect household items for recent immigrants to the U.S., and we provide support and encouragement.

Gleaning Projects:   We regularly participate in various gleaning projects around our area.  We help glean various vegetables from local farms to be given to people who can use the help. Produce gleaned has included sweet potatoes, collards and squash. We partner with the Society of St. Andrew.

Tri-Area Ministries:
Upon request, we collect food for our local food bank.

CROP Walk: Each year we join our community CROP Walk to raise funds to alleviate hunger in our community and in our world.

Mission Trips: We help with people's homes and other needs.

Collections: We have collected clothing for boys at Cameron Boys Camp, money to purchase Bibles in Nicaragua, helped build a driveway for a school in Haiti, collected clothing for orphans, basic needs for people after a local tornado, diapers and wipes for the Diaper Train of Raleigh, and make Christmas boxes for local children.
